How does it work?

The most recent schedule of events is below. This is subject to change as the group coaching evolves and everyone gives feedback on how it can be optimized to deliver the most value.

— Monday

Group Topic Vote

Every Monday a poll is posted and all group-coaching members vote on which topic would benefit their business the most for that week. 

— Thursday

Live Group Coaching Session

On Thursdays, Clara goes live to discuss the most popular topic for 30 minutes to an hour. Then she will select three members who have requested coaching on the topic to be brought onto the live stream to discuss whatever issues they’re facing under the topic umbrella. These coaching sessions will last roughly 15 minutes, sometimes longer if they are bringing good value to the rest of the group as well. Once you have been tapped for live coaching, there is a cool-down period of three weeks so other members can receive coaching as well and we can maintain as equal balance as possible among the group.

Poll Submissions

On Fridays, topic submissions are collected for next week’s poll voting. The more upvotes a topic has, the more likely it will end up in the group vote the following week.

— Discord Community

Where do we gather?

All group coaching sessions happen in a private members-only channel of our entrepreneur’s Discord group. The group itself is a wonderful place for entrepreneurs to meet, share resources, and collaborate on projects. If you need a graphic designer to help you, or an advertising manager, or anyone else, you’ll find them in the community.

If you’ve never used Discord, think of it as a more organized Facebook group, but much better.

Members gain exclusive access to a video archive of past group-coaching sessions plus private chat and project channels within the discord community. These discussion channels are exclusive to group-coaching members and will allow you to share projects and source talent for collaborations. Chat about issues that you’re facing in our group coaching chat channel where Clara is more active and will more likely see your issue and respond to it personally with tips and advice.
